Pool House Wood Project

Advance Wood & Repair has successfully completed the pool house wood project. This scope included replacing he wood trellis and repainting the fascia board around the pool house.

Pool House Repainting/Wood Project

The Tustin Ranch I Board of Directors is looking to start looking at estimates for replacing bad wood and repainting the wood around the pool house roof. We anticipate this project being lunch sometime at the end of February and to be completed before spring 2024. More information will follow once the Board approves the contractor for this project.

Pool Deck Project Update

The Board of Directors are pleased to announced that the Pool Deck Repair Project has finally been completed and the pool amenities are now open.

2023 Tree Trimming

The following tree trimming project will tentatively commence on Friday, January 6, 2023. The work will be performed by Great Scott Tree Tree Service.

Pine Tree Trimming

On October 24th Great Scott Tree Trimming will be trimming the pine trees along the Ventana back wall. This should take approximately 5 days to complete. Great Scott will work diligently to prevent any falling debris, however, should this occur, they may need to access your yard to remove. As a precaution, please prepare your yards for any falling plant material. If anything has fallen into your yard and was not retrieved please contact your community care team by phone at 949-450-0202 or by email at to have them return to your property to remove.
