Reminder: Ongoing Pool Deck Work

September 2021: There is ongoing work being completed in the pool deck area. In an effort to keep the pool area open during construction, all residents and guests must exercise caution and follow the below guidelines:

  1. Please wear footwear at all times while not in the pool.
  2. Do not remove or relocate any cones and avoid these areas.
  3. Utilize rubber mats for entry and exit from the pool.
  4. Follow all other standard rules for the pool area.

Tennis Court Re-Opened

The tennis court resurface project has concluded this week 8/24/21 and the court is now open for playing. The community has added pickle-ball lines to the court to accommodate the pickle-ball players and their guests. Feel free to stop by the court and play a game at your leisure.

Tennis Court Closure – 7/26 to 7/30

Tustin Ranch 1 has contracted with Ferandell Tennis Courts to complete the regular maintenance on the tennis court. In order to complete these repairs will begin on July 26th and are estimated to be completed by July 30th. Please note that the tennis courts will be closed for this period of time. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact your community manager, Christian Walton.

Volunteer for Your Community

The Board of Directors is looking for homeowners that are interested in serving on the Board. The position entails meeting bi-monthly, in the evenings of odd months, and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the pool, playground, park and tennis court. Please reach out to your community manager for a copy of the candidate statement form that is due back to Management by June 6th, 2021.
