The Board of Directors has begun the contract process with Alan Smith Pools for the pool re-plaster project. Further details will be provided after the contract is signed.

Pool Painting Project

The Tustin Ranch I Board of Directors is pleased to announce the completion of the pool painting project of the pool room/bathroom house. With that said, Advance Wood & Painting will be adding a couple of finishing touches that is repainting the picnic tables and metal doors of the pool house.

Pool House Wood Project

Advance Wood & Repair has successfully completed the pool house wood project. This scope included replacing he wood trellis and repainting the fascia board around the pool house.
