Please Note – The Board of Directors for your community meets on a Bi-monthly basis. As a result, the date of the most recent approved Board Meeting Minutes may be as long as 2 months prior. The minutes of each meeting must be approved by the Board, at the next scheduled meeting, and are then posted to the website. Therefore, if your Board meets in March and then in May, you will not see March Minutes posted until after the May Meeting, and so on.
Your Community is not currently producing a newsletter. If you have questions regarding ongoing projects or other community related items; please contact a management representative by using your Resident Portal account.
