WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE BOARD MEETINGS?
Board Meetings for the Tustin Ranch I are held bi-monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of each even numbered month at 5:30 p.m. Currently, we are holding the Board meetings at Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine , CA 92614

HOW DO YOU RESERVE THE PICNIC TABLE IN THE POOL AREA?
The Master Association of Tustin Ranch I is responsible for the reservations made for the tables at the pool area. All the members of Tustin Ranch I can reserve the tables. Simply call Action Property Management, at (949) 450-0202 with date, time, number of people and whether you live in Ventana, Palo Vista or Orchards. You cannot reserve the tables for the entire day and it will require a $100 refundable deposit so that any damage can be covered. When the date is secured, a notice will be posted in the bulletin board at the pool.

WHAT DOES TUSTIN RANCH I CONSIST OF?
The Master Association, Tustin Ranch I, consists of the Greenway Park and all its amenities (Tennis Court, Pool, Picnic Table Reservations, Tot Lot and Greenbelt). Tustin Ranch I also cares for the landscaping on both sides of La Colina to Greenway. One side of the street’s landscape area of Greenway to Tustin Ranch Rd., (excluding The Orchards side of the street). Also excluded are the landscape entranceways to The Orchards, Palo Vista and Ventana.
